DELTA, The Netherlands, has acquired 90% of the shares of Solland Solar Energy Holding B.V., based in Heerlen, The Netherlands, directly and indirectly through its subsidiary, Sunergy. The remaining 10% will continue to be held by Solland’s management.

Im Rahmen ihrer andauernden Technologiepartnerschaft werden Solland Solar und AT&S eine Prototypen-Produktionsanlage für photovoltaische Module mit Sunweb(R) Back-Contact-Solarzellen bauen. Der Bau der Prototypenanlage soll im Sommer 2010 abgeschlossen werden und stellt einen wichtigen Meilenstein in Richtung auf die kommerzielle Herstellung dar.
